ACORACLE

One asset. Different identifiers. One recognizable identity.

Registry offices, banks, registrars and blockchains may assign different identifiers to the same asset. ACORACLE is being developed to link these references, identify when they point to the same asset, flag duplicates and provide verifiable information about its identity, state and evolution.

AC⚡ORACLE — many identifiers, one single asset
IN DEVELOPMENT
ACORACLE

A query layer between institutions: the asset's identity, duplication, state and evolution.

What ACORACLE will answer

01

Identity

Does this asset already have a canonical identity? Which identifiers does it correspond to?

02

Duplication & Conflict

Does the same asset appear in more than one record or transaction, in the sources consulted?

03

State & History

What is the asset's current state and how has it evolved?

04

Links & Liens

Is the asset pledged, financed, fractionalized or tokenized?

05

Third-Party Attestations

Restrictions, licenses and debts reported by the competent source, which is identified.

06

Privacy & Interoperability

Institutions compare information about the same asset while preserving their databases.

PRINCIPLES

  • Each institution keeps its own identifiers and records.
  • The ORACLE flags with verifiable evidence; the institution decides.
  • The ORACLE accepts different anchors: land record, registrar, ISIN, DTI and AC-IDN.
  • The ORACLE will share only the canonical identifier, never the data of each institution.

PHASES

  1. Phase 1AC validation with real files.
  2. Phase 2ORACLE core: identity, duplication and state.
  3. Phase 3Links, attestations and blockchain integration.

THE PROBLEM

HOW ACORACLE WILL ACT

EXPECTED RESULT

AC presents the technical evidence. Interpretation and decision remain the responsibility of the competent institution.
